Currently, I serve as a Senior Manager of Content Design at Zillow, where I direct the narrative strategy for Agentic Search. My focus is on establishing the governance standards, voice, and experience principles that guide generative AI behavior across consumer surfaces. By building model-ready content architectures, I ensure that conversational interfaces are both high-performing and human-centered.
